ACT XXIII OF 2020 ACT XXIII OF 2020 ANTI-TERRORISM (SECOND AMENDMENT) ACT, 2020 An Act further to amend the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997 [Gazette of Pakistan Extraordinary, Part I, 22nd August, 2020] No. F. 9(25)/2020-Legis, dated 21.8.2020.---The following Act of Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament) received the assent of the President on 19th August, 2020 and is hereby published for general information:- WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997 (XXVII of 1997), for the purposes hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows:- 2. Amendment of section 6, Act XXVII of 1997.---In the Anti terrorism Act, 1997 (XXVII of 1997), hereinafter referred to as the said Act, in section 6, in subsection (7), in clauses (a) and (b), for the words "an individual", the words "any person" shall be substituted.
