ORDINANCE V OF 2019 ORDINANCE V OF 2019 ASSETS DECLARATION (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 2019 An Ordinance to amend the Assets Declaration Act, 2019 [Gazette of Pakistan Extraordinary, Part I, 1st July, 2019] No. F.2(1)/2019-Pub., dated 1.7.2019.---The following Ordinance promulgated by the President on 1st July, 2019 is hereby published for general information:- WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the Assets Declaration Act, 2019 for the purposes hereinafter appearing; AND WHEREAS the Senate and the National Assembly are not in session and the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan is satisfied that circumstances exist which render it necessary to take immediate action; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 89 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the President of Islamic Republic of Pakistan is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance:- 3. Amendment of section 6 of the Assets Declaration Act, 2019.---In the said Act, in section 6, in subsection (1), for the expression "30th June, 2019", the expression "3rd July, 2019" shall be substituted.
