ACT X OF 2019 ACT X OF 2019 BALOCHISTAN BOARDS OF INTERMEDIATE AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ACT, 2019 An Act to provide for re-constituting and establishing of the Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Balochistan and the matters ancillary thereto or connected therewith [Gazette of Balochistan Extraordinary, 25th October, 2019] No. PAB/Legis; V (07)/2019, dated 25.10.2019.---The Balochistan Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education Bill No. 07 of 2019 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 12th October, 2019 and assented to by the Governor Balochistan, on 24th October, 2019 is hereby published as an Act of the Balochitsan Provincial Assembly. Preamble.---WHEREAS, it is expedient to re-constitute, recognize and establish Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Balochistan and to provide for the matters ancillary thereto or connected therewith: It is hereby enacted as follows:- 35. Transitional provisions.---(1) From the date of commencement of this Act and till such time as the constitution of a Board under section 6 is completed, the Chairman and the ex-officio members, shall exercise all the powers and perform all the duties of a Board and its committees. (2) The Board shall exercise all powers and perform all duties of the committees of the Board till such time as the committees are constituted.
