ACT X OF 2019 ACT X OF 2019 BALOCHISTAN BOARDS OF INTERMEDIATE AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ACT, 2019 An Act to provide for re-constituting and establishing of the Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Balochistan and the matters ancillary thereto or connected therewith [Gazette of Balochistan Extraordinary, 25th October, 2019] No. PAB/Legis; V (07)/2019, dated 25.10.2019.---The Balochistan Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education Bill No. 07 of 2019 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 12th October, 2019 and assented to by the Governor Balochistan, on 24th October, 2019 is hereby published as an Act of the Balochitsan Provincial Assembly. Preamble.---WHEREAS, it is expedient to re-constitute, recognize and establish Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Balochistan and to provide for the matters ancillary thereto or connected therewith: It is hereby enacted as follows:- 37. Application of Government rules and regulations.---In matters not expressively provided for in this Act and the regulations or rules made there-under, the Controlling Authority on the recommendations of the Board may make applicable any rules or regulations as have earlier been framed or may hereafter be framed by the Government for its employees or for the earlier Board, to the Board, Chairman, members, officers or employees of the Board, by a notification in the official Gazette.
