ACT XIV OF 2019 ACT XIV OF 2019 BALOCHISTAN CHIEF MINISTER AND PROVINCIAL MINISTERS (SALARIES, ALLOWANCES AND PRIVILEGES) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2019 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975 (Balochistan Act III of 1975) [Gazette of Balochistan Extraordinary, 24th January, 2020] No. PAB / Legis: V (20) / 2019, dated 24.1.2020.---The Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) (Amendment) Bill No. 20 of 2019 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 21st November, 2019 and assented to by the Governor Balochistan, on 23rd January, 2020 is hereby published as an Act the Balochistan Provincial Assembly. Preamble.---WHEREAS, it is expedient to amend the Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975 (Balochistan Act III of 1975), in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows:- 1. Short title, and commencement.---(1) This Act may be called the Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) (Amendment) Act, 2019. (2) It shall come into force at once.
