ACT VIII OF 2019 ACT VIII OF 2019 BALOCHISTAN CIVIL COURT (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2019 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Civil Courts Ordinance, 1962 (W.P. Ordinance No. II of 1962), in the manner hereinafter provided [Gazette of Balochistan Extraordinary, 26th August, 2019] No. PAB/Legis; V (13)/2019, dated 26.8.2019.---The Balochistan Civil Court (Amendment) Bill 2019 Bill No. 13 of 2019 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 10th August, 2019 and assented to by the Governor Balochistan, on 19th August, 2019 is hereby published as an Act of the Balochistan Provincial Assembly. Preamble.---WHEREAS, it is expedient further to amend the Balochistan Civil Court Ordinance, 1962 (W.P. Ordinance No. II of 1962), in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows; 2. Amendment of Section 18, Balochistan Ordinance II of, 1962.---In the Balochistan Civil Courts Ordinance, 1962 (W.P. Ordinance No. II of 1962), in section 18, in subsection (1), in clause (a) for the words "five hundred thousand'' the words ''one hundred million", shall be substituted.
