ACT XII OF 2018 ACT XII OF 2018 BALOCHISTAN CIVIL SERVANTS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2018 An Act to further amend the Balochistan Civil Servants Act, 1974 (Act IX of 1974) [Gazette of Balochistan Extraordinary, 19th June, 2018] No. PAB / Legis; V(29) / 2018, dated 19.6.2018.---The Balochistan Civil Servants (Amendment) Bill, 2018 (Bill No.29 of 2018), having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 31st May, 2018 and assented to by the Governor, Balochistan on 13th June, 2018 is hereby published as an Act of the Balochistan Provincial Assembly. Preamble.---WHEREAS, it is expedient further to amend the Balochistan Civil Servants Act, 1974 (Act IX of 1974), for the purpose hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows:- 1. Short title and commencement.---(1) This Act may be called the Balochistan Civil Servants (Amendment) Act, 2018. (2) It shall come into force at once.
