ACT IX OF 2020 ACT IX OF 2020 BALOCHISTAN SEIZED AND FREEZED FACILITIES (HOSPITALS AND DISPENSARIES) ACT, 2020 An Act to establish the Hospitals and Dispensaries Management Board in Balochistan [Gazette of Balochistan Extraordinary, 9th November, 2020] No. PAB / Legis; V(10) / 2020, dated 9.11.2020.---The Balochistan Seized and Freezed Facilities (Hospitals and Dispensaries) Bill, 2020 (Bill No. 10 of 2020), having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 26th October, 2020 and assented to by the Governor, Balochistan on 06th November, 2020 is hereby published as an Act of the Balochistan Provincial Assembly. Whereas, it is necessary to establish the Hospitals and dispensaries Management Board; to manage the seized and freezed Facilities; to ensure mainstreaming of employees of such Facilities; to provide for the matters connected therewith and ancillary thereto. It is hereby enacted as follows: 7. Establishment of the Directorate.---(1) The Government shall, by notification in the official Gazette, establish a Directorate headed by Director having such number of employees on such term and conditions as the Board may determine through regulations. 2) The Directorate shall be managed and controlled by the Board in such manner as may be prescribed. 3) The Directorate shall manage the properties of the Facilities and affairs of the employees of these Facilities, as may be prescribed through regulations.
