ACT IX OF 2020 ACT IX OF 2020 BALOCHISTAN SEIZED AND FREEZED FACILITIES (HOSPITALS AND DISPENSARIES) ACT, 2020 An Act to establish the Hospitals and Dispensaries Management Board in Balochistan [Gazette of Balochistan Extraordinary, 9th November, 2020] No. PAB / Legis; V(10) / 2020, dated 9.11.2020.---The Balochistan Seized and Freezed Facilities (Hospitals and Dispensaries) Bill, 2020 (Bill No. 10 of 2020), having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 26th October, 2020 and assented to by the Governor, Balochistan on 06th November, 2020 is hereby published as an Act of the Balochistan Provincial Assembly. Whereas, it is necessary to establish the Hospitals and dispensaries Management Board; to manage the seized and freezed Facilities; to ensure mainstreaming of employees of such Facilities; to provide for the matters connected therewith and ancillary thereto. It is hereby enacted as follows: 10. Board Fund.---(1) There shall be a fund to be known as Board Fund. (2) the Board Fund shall consist of: a) grant-in-aid made by the Government; b) loans obtained from Government; c) aid and loans obtained by the Board with the prior approval of Government on such terms and conditions as may be approved by the Government; and d) fees and other sums received by the Board. 3) All Moneys at credit of the Board shall be kept in such manner as may be prescribed. 4) The Board Fund shall be utilized by the Board in connection with its functions under the Act, including the payment of salaries and other remunerations of the employees of the Board and payment of rents and utilities.
