ACT IX OF 2020 ACT IX OF 2020 BALOCHISTAN SEIZED AND FREEZED FACILITIES (HOSPITALS AND DISPENSARIES) ACT, 2020 An Act to establish the Hospitals and Dispensaries Management Board in Balochistan [Gazette of Balochistan Extraordinary, 9th November, 2020] No. PAB / Legis; V(10) / 2020, dated 9.11.2020.---The Balochistan Seized and Freezed Facilities (Hospitals and Dispensaries) Bill, 2020 (Bill No. 10 of 2020), having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 26th October, 2020 and assented to by the Governor, Balochistan on 06th November, 2020 is hereby published as an Act of the Balochistan Provincial Assembly. Whereas, it is necessary to establish the Hospitals and dispensaries Management Board; to manage the seized and freezed Facilities; to ensure mainstreaming of employees of such Facilities; to provide for the matters connected therewith and ancillary thereto. It is hereby enacted as follows: 13. Returns and statements.---(1) A soon as may be after the close of every financial year but not later than the last day of September next following , the Board shall submit to the Government approval a report on the conduct of its affaires for that year. 2) The Government may direct the Board to furnish; a) any return, statement, estimate, statistics or other information or report regarding any matter under the control of Board; or b) a copy of any documents in the custody of the Board; and the Board shall comply with every such direction.
