ACT VII OF 2020 ACT VII OF 2020 BALOCHISTAN SEIZED AND FREEZED INSTITUTIONS (MADAARIS AND SCHOOLS) ACT, 2020 An Act to provide for establishment of Madaaris and Schools Management Board in Balochistan [Gazette of Balochistan Extraordinary, 9th November, 2020] No. PAB / Legis: V(07) / 2020, dated 9.11.2020.---The Balochistan Seized and Freezed Institutions (Madaaris and Schools) Bill, 2020 (Bill No. 07 of 2020), having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 26th October, 2020 and assented to by the Governor Balochistan, on 06th November, 2020 is hereby published as an Act of the Balochistan Provincial Assembly. Preamble.---WHEREAS, it is expedient to provide for establishment of Madaaris and Schools Management Board to manage the seized and freezed institutions; to ensure mainstreaming of students of such institutions; and to provide for matters connected therewith and ancillary thereto: It is hereby enacted as under: 12. Annual Financial Statement.---The Board shall submit a statement of estimated receipts and expenditure in respect of the next financial year to the Government for approval, at such time and in such manner as may be prescribed and the Board shall give effect to any modification made therein by the Government.
