ACT I OF 2019 ACT I OF 2019 BALOCHISTAN REVENUE AUTHORITY (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2019 An Act to amend the Balochistan Revenue Authority Act, 2015 (Act No. VII of 2015) [Gazette of Balochistan Extraordinary, 15th January, 2019] No. PAB/Legis; V (36)/2018/2465, dated 15.1.2019.---The Balochistan Revenue Authority (Amendment) Bill No. 36 of 2018 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 24th December, 2018 and assented to by the Acting Governor of Balochistan, on 3rd January 2019 is hereby published as an Act of the Balochistan Provincial Assembly. Preamble.---WHEREAS, it is expedient to amend the Balochistan Revenue Authority Act, 2015 (Act No. VII of 2015) for the purposes hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows: - 4. Amendment in Section 3, Act VII of 2015.---In the said Act, in section 3,- (a) in subsection (4), for the word "Members" appearing after the word and full stop "Salaries.", the words "Chairperson and Members" shall be substituted; (b) in subsection (5), - (i) the comma "(,)" appearing at the end, and the sign with bracket "(i)" shall be omitted; (ii) clause "(ii)" shall be omitted; and (iii) clause "(iii)" and "(iv)" shall be re-numbered as sub-sections "(6)" and "(7)" respectively; and (c) in subsection (6) as so amended, after the word "Members", the words "shall be such as may be prescribed by the Government and" shall be omitted;
