PLD 2021 Federal Statutes 769 PLD 2021 Federal Statutes 769 ACT XLVIII OF 2021 AL-KARAM INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE ACT, 2021 An Act to provide for the establishment of the Al-Karam International Institute [Gazette of Pakistan Extraordinary, Part I, 9th December, 2021] No. F. 23(28)/2020-Legis, dated 1.12.2021.---The following Act of Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament) received the assent of the President on the 1st December, 2021 is hereby published for general information:- WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the establishment of the Al-Karam International institute in the private sector for promotion of special studies and for matters ancillary thereto; It is hereby enacted as follows:- CHAPTER - I PRELIMINARY 1. Short title, application and commencement.---(1) This Act shall be called the Al-Karam International Institute Act, 2021. (2) It shall come into force at once.
