ACT IV OF 1994 AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE MARKETS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1993 ACT IV OF 1994 An Act to amend the Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1939 [Gazette of Sindh, Extraordinary, Part IV, 20th February, 1994] No. PAS/Legis-B-7/93, dated 20-2-1994.--The Agricultural Produce Market (Amendment) Bill, 1993 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Sindh on 22nd December, 1993 and assented to by the Governor of Sindh on 2nd February, 1994 is hereby published as an Act of the Legislature of Sindh. 1. Short title and commencement.--(1) This Act may be called the Agricultural Produce Markets (Amendment) Act, 1993. (2) It shall come into force on and from 25th August, 1993.
