III (16)/90, dated 15-2-1990.--The Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) (Amendment) Bill, 1990 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 7th February, 1990 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. 1. Short title and commencement.--(l) This Act may be called the Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) (Amendment) Act, 1990. (2) It shall come into force at once and shall be deemed to have taken effect on 1st July, 1989.
