ACT I OF 1990 ACT I OF 1990 BALOCHISTAN CHIEF MINISTER AND PROVINCIAL MINISTERS (SALARIES, ALLOWANCES AND PRIVILEGES) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1990 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 15th February, 1990] No.PAB/Legis. III (16)/90, dated 15-2-1990.--The Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) (Amendment) Bill, 1990 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 7th February, 1990 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. 2. Amendment of section 6 of Act III of 1975.--In the Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975, hereinafter referred to as the said Act, in subsection (2) of section 6, for the words "two thousand rupees" the words "three thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
