ACT I OF 1990 ACT I OF 1990 BALOCHISTAN CHIEF MINISTER AND PROVINCIAL MINISTERS (SALARIES, ALLOWANCES AND PRIVILEGES) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1990 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 15th February, 1990] No.PAB/Legis. III (16)/90, dated 15-2-1990.--The Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) (Amendment) Bill, 1990 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 7th February, 1990 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. 7. Amendment of section 18-A of Act III of 1975.--In the said Act, for section 18-A, the following shall be substituted, namely:-- "18-A. Discretionary Grant.--A sum of rupees five lac and rupees fifty thousand per annum shall be placed at the disposal of the Chief Minister and a Minister respectively for making discretionary grants in such manner as may be prescribed."
