ACT XI OF 1989 ACT XI OF 1989 BALOCHISTAN HILL TRACT IMPROVEMENT ORDINANCE (REPEAL) ACT, 1989 An Act to repeal the Balochistan Hill Tract Ordinance, 1961 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 28th November; 1989] No.PAB/LEGIS: 111(14)/89, dated 28-i1-1989.--The Balochistan Hill Tract Improvement Ordinance (Repeal) Bill, 1989 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 18th October, 1989 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. Preamble.-Whereas it is expedient to repeal the Balochistan Hill Tract Improvement Ordinance, 1961 (West Pakistan Ordinance No.VIII of 1961), for the purposes hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows:--
