ACT XI OF 1989 ACT XI OF 1989 BALOCHISTAN HILL TRACT IMPROVEMENT ORDINANCE (REPEAL) ACT, 1989 An Act to repeal the Balochistan Hill Tract Ordinance, 1961 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 28th November; 1989] No.PAB/LEGIS: 111(14)/89, dated 28-i1-1989.--The Balochistan Hill Tract Improvement Ordinance (Repeal) Bill, 1989 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 18th October, 1989 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. 1. Short title and commencement.--(1) This Act may be called the Balochistan Hill Tract Improvement Ordinance (Repeal) Act, 1989. (2) It shall come into force at once and shall be deemed to have taken effect on the 1st day of December, 1984.
