ACT XII OF 1989 ACT XII OF 1989 BALOCHISTAN LAWS (ADAPTATION) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1989 An Act to amend the Balochistan Laws (Adaptation) Order, 1975 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 28th November, 1989] No.PAB/LEGIS; 111(15)/89, dated 28-11-1989.-- The Balochistan Laws (Adaptation) (Amendment) Bill, 1989 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 18th October, 1989 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. 1. Short title and commencement.--(1) This Act may be called the Balochistan Laws (Adaptation) (Amendment) Act, 1989. (2) It shall come into force at once and shall be deemed to have taken effect on the 9th day of April, 1989.
