ACT X OF 1989 ACT X OF 1989 BALOCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1989 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Local Government Ordinance, 1980 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 28th November, 1989] No.PAB/LEGIS; 111(13)/89, dated 28-11-1989: - The Balochistan Local Government (Amendment) Bill, 1989 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 18th October, 1989 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. 1. Short title and commencement.--(l) This Act may be called the Balochistan Local Government (Amendment) Act, 1989. (2) It shall come into force at once and shall be deemed to have taken effect on the 1st day of July, 1980.
