[Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 27th September, 1989] No.PAB/LEGIS: 111(8)/89, dated 27-9-1989.-- The Balochistan Water and Sanitation Authority Bill, 1989 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 10th July, 1989 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as-an Act of the Provincial Assembly. Preamble.--Whereas it is expedient in the public interest to make provisions for the development of water supply, sewerage and sanitation in large cities within an integrated master plan by coordinating, planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance of water supply, sewerage and sanitation, and for matters connected therewith or ancillary thereto; It is hereby enacted as follows--
