[Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 27th September, 1989] No.PAB/LEGIS: 111(8)/89, dated 27-9-1989.-- The Balochistan Water and Sanitation Authority Bill, 1989 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 10th July, 1989 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as-an Act of the Provincial Assembly. CHAPTER III POWERS AND FUNCTIONS OF THE AUTHORITY 14. Power to issue Licences.--The Authority shall have the power to issue, refuse to issue, alter or revoke licences in respect of any matter for which licences are required under this Act. ,
