ACT IX OF 1989 ACT IX OF 1989 BALOCHISTAN WATER AND SANITATION AUTHORITY ACT, 1989 An Act to provide for the establishment of a Water and Sanitation Authority for cities in Balochistan. [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 27th September, 1989] No.PAB/LEGIS: 111(8)/89, dated 27-9-1989.-- The Balochistan Water and Sanitation Authority Bill, 1989 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 10th July, 1989 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as-an Act of the Provincial Assembly. CHAPTER III POWERS AND FUNCTIONS OF THE AUTHORITY 21. Delegation.--The Board may, by general or special order, delegate to the Chairman, Managing Director, a Committee constituted under Section 22, a Member or officer of the Authority any of its powers, duties or functions under this Act or the rules and regulations made thereunder subject to such conditions as it may deem fit to impose.
