ACT I OF 1992 ACT I OF 1992 BALOCHISTAN ASSEMBLY MEMBERS (SALARIES, AND ALLOWANCES) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1992 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Assembly Members (Salaries and Allowances) Act, 1975 (II of 1975) [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 30th April, 1992] No.PAB/LEGIS:III(I)/91, dated 30-4-1992.------The Balochistan Assembly Members (Salaries and Allowances) (Amendment) Bill, 1991 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 10th March, 1992, and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. 1. Short title and commencement.-----This Act may be called the Balochistan Assembly Members (Salaries and Allowances) (Amendment) Act, 1992. (2) It shall come into force at once and shall be deemed to have taken effect on the 17th day of November, 1990.
