ACT I OF 1992 ACT I OF 1992 BALOCHISTAN ASSEMBLY MEMBERS (SALARIES, AND ALLOWANCES) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1992 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Assembly Members (Salaries and Allowances) Act, 1975 (II of 1975) [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 30th April, 1992] No.PAB/LEGIS:III(I)/91, dated 30-4-1992.------The Balochistan Assembly Members (Salaries and Allowances) (Amendment) Bill, 1991 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 10th March, 1992, and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. 8. Amendment of section 7 of Act II of 1975.--In the said Act, in section 7:-- (a) in clause (a) for the words `rupees fifteen hundred per month' the words `rupees five thousand per month' shall be substituted. (b) In clause (c) for the word `typist' the words `Senior Scale Stenographer' shall be substituted.
