[Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 30th April, 1992] No. PAB/LEGIS:III(4)/91, dated 30-4-1992.--The Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) (Amendment) Bill, 1991 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 10th March, 1992 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly:-- 1. Short title and commencement.------(1) This Act may be called the Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) (Amendment) Act, 1992. (2) It shall come into force at once and shall be deemed to have taken effect from the 17th day of November, 1990.
