An Act further to an tend the Balochistan Speaker's and Deputy Speaker's (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975 (V of 1975) [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 30th April, 1992] No. PAB/Legis : III(27)/91, dated 30-4-1992.--The Balochistan Speaker's and Deputy Speaker's (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) (Amendment) Bill, 1991 having been passed by the Provincial. Assembly of Balochistan on the 10th March, 1992 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan; is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial, Assembly:-- 2. Amendment of section 6 of Act V of 1975.---- In the Balochistan Speaker's and Deputy Speaker's (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975, for clauses (i) and (ii) of subsection (4) of section 6, the following shall be substituted, namely:- (i) in a house hired by Fixed sum of Rupees twenty thou, and per Government. month in lump sum shall be paid to the Speaker and Deputy Speaker if they choose to reside in a hired house. (ii) in his own house. Fifteen thousand rupees per month shall be paid to the Speaker and Deputy Speaker.
