ACT VII OF 1992 ACT VII OF 1992 BALOCHISTAN MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC ORDER (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1992 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Maintenance of Public Order Ordinance, 1960 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 13th December, 1992] No. PAB/LEGIS.III(5)/92, dated 13-12-1992.--The Balochistan Maintenance of Public Order (Amendment) Bill, 1992 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 24th November, 1992, and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. 1. Short title and commencement.--(1) This Act may be called the Balochistan Maintenance of Public Order (Amendment) Act, 1992. (2) It shall come into force at once and shall be deemed to have taken effect on the 26th day of August, 1990.
