ACT VII OF 1992 ACT VII OF 1992 BALOCHISTAN MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC ORDER (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1992 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Maintenance of Public Order Ordinance, 1960 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 13th December, 1992] No. PAB/LEGIS.III(5)/92, dated 13-12-1992.--The Balochistan Maintenance of Public Order (Amendment) Bill, 1992 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 24th November, 1992, and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. 2. Amendment of section 3 of Ordinance XXXI of 1960.--In the Balochistan Maintenance of Public Order Ordinance, 1960, for subsection (5) of section 3, the following shall be substituted:-- "(5) Government shall constitute a Board consisting of a Chairman and two other persons, each of whom is or has been a Judge of a High Court, who shall be appointed by the Chief Justice of the High Court of Balochistan".
