ACT II OF 1990 ACT II OF 1990 BALOCHISTAN SPEAKER'S AND DEPUTY SPEAKER'S (SALARIES, ALLOWANCES AND PRIVILEGES) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1990 Art Act further to amend the Balochistan Speaker's and Deputy Speaker's (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 15th February, 1990] No.PAB/Legis.111 (17)/90, dated 15-2-1990.--The Balochistan Speaker's and Deputy Speaker's (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) (Amendment) Bill, 1990 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 7th February, 1990 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. 4. Insertion of section 13-A in Act V of 1975.--In the said Act, after section 13, the following new section shall be inserted, namely:-- "13-A. Leave Allowances.--The leave allowance of the Speaker and Deputy Speaker shall be rupees five thousand and rupees four thousand per mensum respectively."
