ACT II OF 1990 ACT II OF 1990 BALOCHISTAN SPEAKER'S AND DEPUTY SPEAKER'S (SALARIES, ALLOWANCES AND PRIVILEGES) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1990 Art Act further to amend the Balochistan Speaker's and Deputy Speaker's (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 15th February, 1990] No.PAB/Legis.111 (17)/90, dated 15-2-1990.--The Balochistan Speaker's and Deputy Speaker's (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) (Amendment) Bill, 1990 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 7th February, 1990 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. 5. Amendment of section 15 of Act V of 1975.--In the said Act, in section 15, for the words "two thousand rupees and seven hundred and fifty rupees" the words "three thousand rupees and one thousand and five hundred rupees" shall be substituted.
