ACT X OF 1994 ACT X OF 1994 BALOCHISTAN SEA FISHERIES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1994 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Sea Fisheries Ordinance, 1971 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 23rd October, 1994] No.PAB/LEGIS/V(14)/94, dated 23-10-1994.--The Balochistan Sea Fisheries (Amendment) Bill, 1994 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly on 9th October, 1994 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. 1. Short title and commencement.--(1) This Act may be called the Balochistan Sea Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1994. (2) It shall come into force at once and shall be deemed to have taken effect on the 1st day of July, 1991.
