ACT X OF 1994 ACT X OF 1994 BALOCHISTAN SEA FISHERIES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1994 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Sea Fisheries Ordinance, 1971 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 23rd October, 1994] No.PAB/LEGIS/V(14)/94, dated 23-10-1994.--The Balochistan Sea Fisheries (Amendment) Bill, 1994 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly on 9th October, 1994 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. 2. Amendment of section 9 of Ordinance IX of 1971.-In the said Ordinance, in section 9, for the words "five thousand rupees" the words "rupees one lac" shall be substituted.
