ACT VIII OF 1994 ACT VIII OF 1994 BALOCHISTAN URBAN IMMOVABLE PROPERTY TAX (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1994 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Urban Immovable Property Tax Act, 1958 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 8th September, 1994] No. PAB/LEGIS.V(10)/94, dated 8-9-1994.---The Balochistan Urban Immovable Property Tax (Amendment) Bill, 1994 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 6th July, 1994 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. Preamble.---Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Balochistan Urban Immovable Property Tax Act, 1958 in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows:--
