I-94/Law/93, dated 11-6-1997.------The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 7th June, 1997 is hereby published for general information:-- Preamble.--Whereas it is expedient to amend the Balochistan Agricultural Income Tax Act, 1996, in the manner hereinafter appearing; And whereas the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan is not in session and the Governor of Balochistan is satisfied that circumstances exist whit render it necessary to take immediate action; Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) Article 128 of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, the Governor of Balochtstan is pleased to make and- promulgate the following Ordinance: --
