I-94/Law/93, dated 11-6-1997.------The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 7th June, 1997 is hereby published for general information:-- 5. Amendment of section 5 of Act II of 1996.--In the said Act, in section 5,-- (a) for the marginal heading the following shall be substituted:-- "Assessment, collection and utilization of tax. " (b) After subsection (2), the following new subsection shall be added:-- "(3) The tax shall be utilized in the area from where it is collected. "
