ORDINANCE XVII OF 2001 BALOCHISTAN COASTAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 2001 ORDINANCE XVII OF 2001 An Ordinance to amend the Balochistan Coastal Development Authority Act, 1998 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 4th August, 2001] No. Legis.-2-84(Law)/95, dated 4-8-2001.---The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 2nd August, 2001, is hereby published for general information:-- 3. Amendment of section 5 of Act I of 1998.--In the said Act, for subsection (1) of section 5, the following shall be substituted:-- "(1) The Governing Body shall consist of the Chairman to be appointed by Government and the following members:-- (a) Administrative Secretaries of the following Departments of Government of Balochistan:-- (i) Planning and Development Department, Additional Chief Secretary (Dev). (ii) Finance Department. (iii) Environment, Wildlife, Livestock, Forest and Tourism Department. (iv) Agriculture, Cooperative, Food and Fisheries Department- (v) Irrigation and Power Department. (vi) Education literacy and Non-Formal Education, Culture Sports and Youth Affairs Department. (vii) Local Government, Rural Development and Agrovilles Development Department. (viii) Public Health Engineering Department., (ix) Communication and Works Department. (b) Nazim Gwadar District; (c) Nazim Lasbela District; (d) Two Members of the Provincial Assembly from the Coastal areas to be nominated by the Governor of Balochistan; (e) Two qualified persons of repute on Coastal Affairs to be nominated by the Governor of Balochistan:
