ORDINANCE XIX OF 2001 BALOCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ELECTION (FIFTH AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 2001 ORDINANCE XIX OF 2001 An Ordinance further to amend the Balochistan Local Government Election Ordinance, 2000 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 22nd August, 2001] No., Legis.-1-122(Law)/2000-IV, dated 22-8-2001.---The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 20th August, 2001, is hereby published for general information:-- 3. Amendment of section 19 of Ordinance VI of 2000.--In the said .Ordinance, in section 19, after full stop at the end the following explanation shall be added, namely:-- "Explanation.--For the purpose of this section, a holder of an "elective office" means a person who has taken oath in accordance with the rules made under this Ordinance."
