Amendment of section 3 of Ordinance, XXXI of 1960.--In the Balochistan Maintenance of Public Order Ordinance, 1960, hereinafter referred to as the said Ordinance in section 3,-- (a) in subsection (2) for the words "Zila Nazim" the words "District Administrative Officer in 'B' Area and District Police Officer in 'A' Area" shall be substituted; (b) in subsection (8) for the words "Zila Nazim" appearing twice the words "District Administrative Officer in 'B' Area and, District Police Officer in 'A' Area" shall be substituted; (c) in subsection (10) for the words "Zila Nazim" the words "District Administrative Officer in 'B' Area and District Police Officer in '.A' Area" shall be substituted.
