ORDINANCE IX OF 2002 BALOCHISTAN MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC ORDER (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 2002 ORDINANCE IX OF 2002 An Ordinance further to amend the Balochistan Maintenance of Public Order, Ordinance, 1960 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 25th April, 2002] No. Legis. 2-42/Law/79-IV, dated 25-4-2002.---The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 13th April, 2002, is hereby published for general information:-- 5. Amendment of section 26 of Ordinance, XXXI of 1960.----In the said Ordinance, for section 26, the following shall be substituted:-- "26. Delegation of power.--Government may, by order in writing direct that the power under subsection (1) of section 3, shall subject to such restrictions as may be specified, be exercisable by any " District Administrative Officer in 'B' Area and District Police in 'A' Area" Within his jurisdiction.
