Short title and commencement.---(1) This Ordinance may be called the Balochistan Province Removal from Service (Special Powers) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2001. (2) It shall come into force at once and the provisions of subsections (2) and (4) of section 1, sub-clause (iv) of clause (c) of subsection (1) of section 3 and subsection (5) of section 5, shall be deemed to have taken effect from the 17th August, 2000.
