ORDINANCE XV OF 2001 BALOCHISTAN PROVINCE REMOVAL FROM SERVICE (SPECIAL POWERS) ORDINANCE, 2001 ORDINANCE XV OF 2001 An Ordinance to amend Balochistan Province Removal from Service (Special, Powers) Ordinance, 2000 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 25th July, 2001] No. Legis.-1-119(Law)/2000, dated 25-7-2001.----The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 21st July, 2001, is hereby published for general information: -- 2. Amendment of section 1 of Ordinance III of 2000.---In the Balochistan Province Removal from Service (Special Powers) Ordinance, 2000, hereinafter referred to as the said Ordinance, in subsection (4), of section I, the full stop appearing at the end shall be deleted and thereafter the words "wherever they may be," shall be inserted.
