ORDINANCE V OF 2002 BALOCHISTAN URBAN IMMOVABLE PROPERTY TAX (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 2002 ORDINANCE V OF 2002 An Ordinance further to amend the Baclochistan Urban Immovable Property Tax Act, 1958 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 11th March, 2002] No. Legis. 2-42/Law/79-IV, dated 11-3-2002.--The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 1st March, 2002, is hereby published for general information:-- 4. Amendment of section 10 of Ordinance V of 1958.--In the said Ordinance, in subsection (2) of section 10, for the word "Commissioner" the words "Secretary, Excise and Taxation" shall be substituted
