ORDINANCE XLI OF 2001 BAHAWALPUR COURT OF WARDS (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 2001 ORDINANCE XLI OF 2001 An Ordinance further to amend the Bahawalpur Court of Wards Act, 1942 [Gazette of Punjab, Extraordinary, 14th November, 2001 ] No. Legis.13-67/2001, dated 13-11-2001.--The following Ordinance promulgated by the Governor of the Punjab is hereby published for general information. 2. Amendment in section 1 of Bahawalpur Court of Wards Act, 1942.--In the said Act in subsection (2) of section 1 the words "whole of Bahawalpur" shall be substituted by the words and comma "Districts of Bahawlnagar, Bahawalpur and Rahim Yar Khan".
