ORDINANCE XLI OF 2001 BAHAWALPUR COURT OF WARDS (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 2001 ORDINANCE XLI OF 2001 An Ordinance further to amend the Bahawalpur Court of Wards Act, 1942 [Gazette of Punjab, Extraordinary, 14th November, 2001 ] No. Legis.13-67/2001, dated 13-11-2001.--The following Ordinance promulgated by the Governor of the Punjab is hereby published for general information. 6. Amendment in sections 4, 7, 9, 11, 12, 19, 20, 21, 26 to 29, 31 to 35, 43, 44, 47 and 53 of Bahawalpur Court of Wards Act, 1942.--In the said Act in sections 4, 7, 9, 11, 12, 19, 20, 21, 26 to 29, 31 to 35, 43, 44, 47 and 53 the words "Deputy Commissioner" wherever occurring shall be substituted by the words and brackets "District Officer (Revenue)", .
