Amendment of section 28, Act XXVII of 1997.--In the said Act, in section 28, in subsection (2) the full stop at the end shall be replaced by a colon and thereafter the following proviso shall be added, namely:-- "Provided that nothing herein contained shall affect the powers of the presiding officer of the Anti-Terrorism Court to call any witness as is available under the law.".
