ORDINANCE I OF 2001 BALOCHISTAN FINANCE (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 2001 ORDINANCE I OF 2001 An Ordinance to amend the Balochistan Finance Act, 1996 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 7th February, 2001] No. Legis. 1-67/Law/81/Vol. II, dated 7-2-2001.--The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 2nd February, 2001, is hereby published for general information:-- Whereas it is expedient to amend the Balochistan Finance Act, 1996 in the manner hereinafter appearing; And whereas the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan stands suspended in pursuance of the proclamation of Emergency of the fourteenth day of October, 1999, and the Governor of Balochistan is satisfied that circumstances exist which render it necessary to take immediate action; Now, therefore, in pursuance of Article 4 of the Provisional Constitution (Amendment) Order, 1999, (Chief Executive's Order No.9 of 1999) and in exercise of all powers enabling him in that behalf, the Governor of Balochistan is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance:--
