Chairman, etc., to be public servants.--The Chairman, members, staff, experts, consultants, advisors, and other employees of the Council, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Ordinance, or the rules or regulations, shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Pakistan Penal Code, 1860 (Act XLV a of 1860).
