Immunity.--Except as expressly provided in this Ordinance, no suit, prosecution, or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Council, the Chairman, or any Member, or a member of any of its Committees/Special Review Committees, or Evaluators, or employee of the Council, in respect of anything done or intended to be done in good faith under this Ordinance.
